We commit ourselves to pay you back or to exchange the faulty and damaged articles, or those not corresponding to your order. In this case, we kindly ask you to join to your return a detailed note stating the reason for your claim. We shall proceed, at your request, to pay back or to exchange the article(s) in question. The request must be made within 15 (fifteen) days following your order receipt. The sending expenses as well as the return expenses shall be payed back to you based on the invoiced price.
You also benefit from the legal guarantee concerning hidden flaws.
